Halo Infinite |Campaign| Cave POI Lighting Contributions

Zeta Halo has many mysterious caves and dungeons below it's surface. Two of these caves are the glow mushroom caves hidden below the surface that I did some support lighting in as well as optimizations, and another is a small skylight cave.
I did some lighting polish throughout, lighting optimizations and perf controls passes, shadow optimizations, and cube map reflection work.
